By accessing or using DettyApp or TheDettyApp.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by Betacarry LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the DettyApp mobile applications and this website.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use DettyApp only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive or infringing.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Events and tickets
DettyApp helps you discover events and experiences. Unless we state otherwise, DettyApp is not the organiser of events listed in the app. Responsibility for each event lies with the organiser. Any purchase of tickets is subject to the organiser's own terms and refund policies.
6. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a limited licence to use it in order to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share any content you upload.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betacarry LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. If the changes are significant, we may also provide an in-app notice.
